St. Louis, July 19, 2021 - Dierbergs Markets is voluntarily recalling Fresh Ground Pork 80/20 one (1) lb packages purchased Sunday, July 18, 2021, at its Wildwood Town Center Store (2460 Taylor Road).

The recall is in response to thin pieces of black plastic from the tray used in packaging the product being found in the meat itself. The recall is voluntary and based on an abundance of caution and only applies to fresh Ground Pork 80/20 one (1) lb packages sold at the Wildwood Town Center location on Sunday with a sell by date of 7/20/21.

All ground pork 80/20 one (1) lb packages have been pulled from the store’s shelves and discarded.

Dierbergs asks customers who purchased any of the ground pork listed above, from the Wildwood store on Sunday, 7/18/21, to return the product for a full refund.
