What is Dierbergs Rewards?

Dierbergs Rewards is a free rewards program and our way of saying thanks for shopping at Dierbergs! You will earn 15 Rewards points for every dollar you spend with us. These points add up to free groceries or cash off your next purchase! Plus, you’ll receive exclusive benefits, like timely incentives and members-only savings.

You will still get the same great quality and service you've come to expect from us. We're just giving you a little more to love.

 

 

 

 

How do I join Dierbergs Rewards?

Signing up for Dierbergs Rewards is easy! Simply download the free Dierbergs App from your App Store or Google Play Store and follow the prompts to join. Don't have a smartphone? You can sign-up online! 

 

 

 

 

I don't have a smart phone. Can I still join Dierbergs Rewards?

Yes! No smart phone? No problem! You can sign-up online here. Just follow the prompts, and you'll be earning in no time!

 

 

 

 

Is Dierbergs Rewards available at all store locations?

Yes. Dierbergs Rewards is available at all Dierbergs store locations.

 

 

 

 

Where can I see my rewards history?

In the Dierbergs App, select the profile icon at the top. Choose 'History' to view your earned and redeemed history.

On the Dierbergs website, sign in and select 'Save' at the top. Then choose 'Dierbergs Rewards'. Next, select ‘Rewards History’ on the menu bar to the top left of the screen. Your rewards history will then be available to view.

 

 

 

 

Does my Dierbergs Rewards Number work for digital coupons?

Dierbergs Digital Coupons are now a part of Dierbergs Rewards! Once you have an account, scan your Dierbergs Rewards barcode (from the Dierbergs App) or type in your phone number at checkout. This will apply any digital coupons clipped through the Dierbergs App or website that match up to items you are purchasing.

How do I earn Dierbergs Rewards points?

Earning points is easy! You can earn Dierbergs Rewards points for purchases made in-store, on Dierbergs.com, on Shipt or on DoorDash.

If you’re in-store, just scan the barcode from your Dierbergs App or key-in your phone number at checkout and watch your points pile up!

If you are a Shipt member: Sign into your Shipt account on the Shipt app or website, navigate to your account/profile and select "Rewards". From there, you can link your Rewards account by adding your phone number.

To earn points on DoorDash: sign into your DoorDash account on the DoorDash app or website, navigate to the Dierbergs Marketplace and tap the Dierbergs Rewards logo in the upper right corner. From there, you can link your Rewards account by adding your phone number.

 

 

 

 

Do I earn points when paying with a Dierbergs gift card?

Yes, you will earn points on your transaction when paying for a purchase with a Dierbergs gift card.

Yes, you will earn points on your transaction when paying for a purchase with a pre-paid Visa or Mastercard gift card.

 

 

 

 

How do I get bonus point offers?

Bonus points will be available on qualifying products featured in our Dierbergs App and in store. To receive the additional points, simply purchase those items during the promotional period. Dierbergs offers bonus points at its sole discretion and can end any bonus point offer at any time. Rewards points will be awarded to an item after all discounts have been applied to a particular item.

 

 

 

 

Can I earn points on every item I purchase?

No, there are a few things you cannot earn points on. For instance, you cannot earn or redeem Rewards points on tobacco, smokeless tobacco, and lottery purchases. How are points earned when coupons or discounts are applied to individual items?

Rewards points are accrued on an individual item basis after all applicable coupons and direct discounts have been applied. Applicable coupons and promotions that offer discounts on a specific item reduce the point accrual based on the final price paid for that item. There are some coupons that cannot be applied to a specific item and the value of the coupon will be applied on a pro rata basis across the eligible items in the purchase. How are points earned and applied when a cash reward, dollars/cents off, or other coupons that discount the total purchase of eligible items are used?

When a cash reward, dollars off a total purchase, or coupons not directly attributable to a specific item are applied to a purchase, the value of the cash reward, dollars off a total purchase, or such coupons is applied as a discount on each eligible item purchased in a pro rata manner in view of the original item price compared to the total purchase amount of the eligible items prior to the discount. After the discount has been applied pro rata to each eligible item, points will be accrued based on the proportionally discounted value of each item in the order. This applies to any bonus point promotional items as well. See the Dierbergs Rewards Program Terms for details.

 

 

 

 

Can I still earn points if I forget to scan my in-App barcode or enter my phone number at the POS?

Yes, you can bring your printed receipt to the customer service counter within two (2) days of the time stamp featured on your receipt. The guest services counter may scan your printed receipt barcode and you will earn rewards for that purchase. You are limited to this method of earning points using receipts from previous purchases to one receipt per day.

 

 

 

 

Can I earn points with Dierbergs delivery (SHIPT or DoorDash)?

Yes! You can earn points with Shipt or DoorDash when you connect your Dierbergs Rewards account to your Shipt or DoorDash account. Click here for how to link your Shipt or DoorDash account.

However, you may not earn points for purchases made if you are shopping for another Dierbergs customer as part of a commercial grocery service. For example, a Shipt (or any other online grocery delivery service) shopper cannot earn personal rewards points for purchases made while fulfilling a grocery order made through Shipt (or other online grocery delivery service).

 

 

 

 

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

You can earn Rewards points on up to $2,500 of purchases each day! That's a lot of points!

How do I redeem rewards points?

You can turn the points you’ve earned into cash off a future store purchase or free groceries. You must have the qualifying amount of points to redeem.

To redeem for cash off: Simply scan the barcode on your Dierbergs app or enter your Dierbergs Rewards phone number on the keypad during checkout.

To redeem for free groceries: Reserve the item from our Rewards Marketplace in the Dierbergs App and/or Website. From there, simply grab the item off the shelf and head to checkout. You must scan your barcode or enter your Dierbergs Rewards phone number on the keypad during checkout for the item to be fully redeemed for free.

 

 

 

 

Can I use my cash rewards towards any purchase?

Cash off Rewards can be used on most purchases, however, some exclusions apply. Cash off Rewards cannot be redeemed on certain items, like alcohol, tobacco, price-controlled dairy products and Courtesy Counter or Guest Services purchases. Can I redeem multiple offers at the same time at checkout?

Yes! You can redeem multiple offers in a single transaction, as long as you have reserved the Rewards prior to checkout and/or have enough points for cash off.

 

 

 

 

Can I redeem rewards with Dierbergs delivery (SHIPT or DoorDash)?

Right now, Dierbergs Rewards can only be redeemed in-store and cannot be redeemed for purchases through Shipt or DoorDash. Customers, however, can earn points as long as their Dierbergs Rewards account is linked to their Shipt or DoorDash account.

To add your Dierbergs Rewards account to your Shipt profile, open your Shipt App and select the account profile icon at the top. From your account page, select "Rewards Program" and then add Dierbergs Rewards.

To add your Dierbergs Rewards account to your DoorDash profile, open your DoorDash App and select the Dierbergs Marketplace. Tap the Dierbergs Rewards logo in the upper right corner and then add your phone number.

Do I need to have a Rewards Account to order online?

No, a Rewards account is not required. You can check out using our guest system if you would prefer.

 

 

 

 

Can I earn points on purchases made on Dierbergs.com?

Yes! Customers can earn points for catering/prepared foods, bakery, and floral orders placed through our website and app. To ensure your points are awarded, you must be signed in to your account prior to check out. Points will be awarded within 24 hours of order pick up or delivery.

Capability to earn points for phone floral orders is currently unavailable. We hope to have an update soon!

Will my points ever expire?

Unused Dierbergs Rewards points expire 12 months from when the points were earned.

 

 

 

 

Will my rewards expire?

If you redeem your Rewards points to reserve a free grocery item in our Rewards Marketplace, you will have 30 days to pick up that item in-store and take it to the checkout for the cashier to scan. Be sure to have the cashier scan your Rewards barcode. You reservation will be lost and Dierbergs will not honor your reservation request if you fail to pick up the item within 30 days of the reservation. You will not be refunded any Rewards points if you fail to pick up your items.

 

 

 

MARKETPLACE REWARDS

 

 

 

 

How often do rewards change in the Marketplace?

We want to give you as many free grocery options as possible, so the Rewards Marketplace will be updated seasonally.

 

 

 

 

Are there any restrictions on the number of times I can reserve a reward in the Marketplace?

Yes, each item in Rewards Marketplace may be reserved up to 5 times as long as you have enough points.

 

 

 

 

I tried to collect my reserved reward at the store and it was out of stock. Can I get a raincheck?

We are sorry to hear that happened! In some cases, if a store no longer has the item that you reserved through the Rewards Marketplace, the store may substitute a substantially equal item. In addition, we invite you to see the store manager if your Reward could not be found on the shelf or call 636-532-8884.
